Our introductory course is provided free of charge to allow prospective students to experience our teaching methods before purchasing additional courses. Free access does not transfer any ownership rights or permit redistribution of any educational materials.

Fiokla provides educational content designed to help students develop web design, UI/UX design, Figma, digital creativity, and other digital skills. We do not guarantee employment, freelance opportunities, certifications, income, business success, or any specific professional outcomes resulting from participation in our courses.

Some courses may be offered free of charge, while others require payment. Access to paid content is granted only after successful payment processing.

Unless otherwise stated on the applicable course sales page, access to purchased courses is granted immediately after payment confirmation.

Refund requests are governed by our Refund Policy. By purchasing a course, you agree to the refund terms in effect at the time of purchase.
5.5
We reserve the right to revoke access to any course without refund if we determine that course content has been copied, distributed, shared, resold, or otherwise used in violation of these Terms.

If a course is advertised as providing lifetime access, such access means access for as long as Fiokla continues to operate the course and maintain the relevant platform. Lifetime access does not guarantee perpetual availability of any specific feature, technology, or course format.


6. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Site, Services, courses, educational materials, and all related content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
6.2
